


A Bit About Me
Worth Thomas is the Principal and founder of WT Consultants, LLC, a firm that specializes in government relations and public policy. He has represented over 75 Fortune 500 companies and numerous non-profit organizations.
Worth Thomas has thirty years’ experience as a registered lobbyist and fourteen years as a corporate/government executive. He served as American Red Cross Volunteer Chair for the Southeast region during Hurricane Katrina.
Mr. Thomas is a graduate of Tougaloo College and has a Master of Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
Worth Thomas currently serves on as Southeast Volunteer Chair of American Red Cross, is on the Board of Jackson Arts Council and has volunteered on various YMCA projects. He most recently served on the Blue Ridge YMCA Board of Directors, Ashville, NC, Methodist Children’s Home Board and the Advisory Board of Renasant Bank.
Mr. Thomas, an Eagle Scout, works with the Boy Scouts of America as a volunteer, fundraiser and former board member of the Andrew Jackson Council.
Mr. Thomas has participated in many international mission efforts in Haiti, Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, Dubai and Rwanda. He led the effort to establish an on-line education and exchange program with the Kenya Ministry of Higher Education and Jackson State University.
