Dr. Jessie Pennington

Dr. Jessie Pennigton, staff attorney received his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate degrees’ from Howard University, Washington D.C.. HE completed post graduate studies at University of Arkansas School of Law. From August 1975 to September 1978, Jessie served as Director of Micronesia Legal Services, Koror Palau, representing Palau before the United States Department of Interior and the United Nations Trusteeship Council. Jessie has experience in the public sector as Deputy and Executive Director of North Mississippi Rural Legal Services and as Special Assistant Attorney General, Mississippi Office.
